Common questions about Wild Games

Everything you need to know about our multi-tenant platform and operational workflows.

Wild Games is built for wild game processing businesses — owners, plant staff, field shooters, and commercial roo buyers who need tallies, stock, pricing, pay runs, and operational messaging in one connected platform.

Yes. Shooters can capture tallies from phones and tablets in the field. Submissions sync automatically with chiller stock, pricing, and season totals as soon as connectivity is available.

Each business operates in its own completely isolated workspace. Access is governed by membership and role permissions — not just URL paths — guaranteeing that one processing business cannot view or access another organization's records.

Pay runs create immutable frozen snapshots for accounting exports and reporting. Original tally entries are permanently preserved for audit and compliance — they are never altered or deleted during finalization.

No. Roo buyer views are strictly isolated for animal volume visibility only. Internal rate sheets, shooter earnings, company margins, and membership records are excluded from buyer interfaces.

Create an account on our signup page, set up your business workspace, configure your chillers and rate sheets, and invite your team. Our operations desk is also available for guided onboarding and historical data import.
