Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. General terms governing access and use of the Wild Games operations platform.

1. Platform Services & Multi-Tenancy

Wild Games grants subscriber organizations a non-exclusive, multi-tenant license to use our cloud platform for managing wild game field tallies, chiller stock inventory, price matrices, automated pay runs, and internal communications.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Subscribers are responsible for managing member access, shooter roles, and buyer permissions within their organization tenant. Passwords and API credentials must be kept secure.

3. Immutability of Finalized Pay Runs

Once an authorized business administrator finalizes a pay run, the system locks the rate snapshot and transaction history. Subscriptions agree that finalized pay records cannot be retroactively altered in order to preserve statutory audit trails.

4. Data Ownership & Export

Customers retain full ownership of all field tallies, species distributions, pricing agreements, and financial exports generated in their tenant workspace. Data may be exported at any time during an active subscription.

5. Service Availability & Support

We target 99.9% platform availability during regional harvesting seasons. Support is provided in accordance with the subscriber’s plan tier.
