We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our customers, their staff, independent harvesters, and commercial partners. Each business customer’s operational data is strictly isolated from other tenants on the platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information required to deliver, secure, and improve our services, including:

• Account registration details (name, email address, phone number, company name).
• Operational records (field tallies, species, animal weights, chiller manifests).
• Financial configurations (pricing rate sheets, pay run summaries, GST IDs).
• Technical usage and audit logs (IP addresses, login timestamps, device identifiers).

3. How We Use Operational Information

Customer data is used solely to provide platform services, calculate pay runs, generate chiller inventories, ensure regulatory compliance, and support authorized user roles. We do not sell, monetize, or disclose your pricing, harvest volumes, or employee lists to third-party advertisers.

4. Role-Based Access & Roo Buyer Isolation

Wild Games enforces role-based access control. Commercial roo buyers granted volume portal access are explicitly prohibited from viewing confidential financial records, rate sheets, or shooter payouts.

5. Data Security & Retention

We employ industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, regular database snapshots, and strict API authentication. Historical pay run records and frozen snapshots are retained to comply with tax and statutory accounting obligations.
